ROLE DESCRIPTION
Our office is growing, and we are looking for a new addition to our team! This is an entry-level Customer Service Representative position, your primary role will be to provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, assisting with policy information, following up with customer's and resolving basic issues efficiently and courteously. You will support the team by maintaining accurate records, updating customer accounts, and helping customers understand their insurance options. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a willingness to learn about insurance products and company procedures. Training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow within the organization. Insurance Licensing Training will also be provided by the office. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with Billing Inquiries
  • Process insurance claims documents and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
Compensation $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
